Whether you need to order a specific replacement part or are just chatting with one of our customer care advisors about your buggy, there is one little detail that may make the whole process a bit smoother: your buggy’s serial number.
Why your serial number matters
Think of your serial number as your travel buggy’s identity, it’s fingerprint! It is entirely unique to your specific chair. By having it handy, it helps us:
- Speed up support: it tells us the exact model and production batch of your buggy so we can give you the most accurate advice
- Match up the right parts: if you ever need a replacement part for your buggy, the serial number guarantees that we send you the perfect fit
So where is it?
While the exact location can vary slightly depending on your specific model, the serial number is usually printed on a white or silver sticker (sometimes with a barcode). Generally, you will find this sticker on the main frame, right underneath the seat.
This is the most common spot for the majority of buggy models! Gently lift the seat cushion, and take a look at the metal frame crossbars underneath. You will often find the sticker right there.
📸 A quick pro-tip
Once you have found your serial number, take a quick photo of it!
The stickers can sometimes be tucked away in spots that require a bit of bending down to see. Having a photo saved in your phone means you can easily just zoom in to read the numbers, and you’ll never have to go hunting for it again.
