Step 1 – Prepare the Buggy and Liner

Start with the buggy fully unfolded and empty.

• Remove any existing inserts or accessories
• Lay the padded liner flat and identify the top (headrest), middle (backrest), and bottom (seat base).
• At first glance, the seat liner may look far too big for the buggy. This is completely normal and it’ll look nice and snug once we have fitted it on!

Step 2 – Place the Liner into Position

Place the liner onto the seat.

• Ensure that the headrest section sits at the top of the backrest
• Align the base with the front seat edge
• Pro Tip: make sure that it is centred, and there are no twists before moving on so that we don’t have to shimmy it about later.

Step 3 – Thread the Harness Through

Feed the buggy harness through the liner slots. We suggest starting at the top of the buggy and working your way down:

• Shoulder straps → top slots
• Waist straps → around the sides
• Crotch strap → lower slot

Comfort Tip: make sure that all the straps are flat. Twisted straps can be uncomfortable for your little one and also affect the safety of the buggy!

Step 4 – Secure the Back of the Liner

Loop the top over the headrest and attach the rear Velcro. Once secured, pull the liner down frmly so it sits flat and supported against the backrest.

Step 5 – Attach the Seat Base Straps

Now to fit the central locking system (the crotch strap)

• Feed the straps through the seat liner first
• Once the buckle is through the seat liner, proceed to fit it to the base of the seat, pulling it through evenly on both sides

Step 5b – the awkward step

This is a bit of a fiddly part of the fitting!

• Double-check that the liner is still centred.
• The Trick: the buckle usually slots in much easier if you insert it at a slight angle
• Although it is a bit awkward, this tight fit ensures that the buckle stays nicely safe and secure.

Step 6 – fitting the lower liner

Move to the front of the chair to finish the base.

• Wrap the lower front section (the pocket) around the front of the seat of the chair.
• Secure it neatly, ensuring that the fabric sits flat and doesn’t bunch up.

Step 6b – Important: Check Underneath the Buggy

To get that professional, snug look, the liner needs to be pulled over the lower fixings.

• Our Top TIp: this step is much easier if you tip the buggy onto its back so you have a clear view of the fittings.
• Once the fabric is over the fixings, pull it down tight and velcro it into place.

Step 7 – Final Check

You’re almost there! Once everything is secure:

• Press the liner firmly into place in the seat creases
• Check all straps are tight and running cleanly through the steps

Your liner should now feel secure, supportive, and ready to use!
